spacious room separate areas good location
the triple room was spacious and clean! it was divided into two separate areas. this was really convenient for my parents and i. the location was good, a 15-minute walk to sagrada familia.
The hotel lacked some everyday items. Other hotels offer these.

helpful staff excellent parking walking distance
I appreciated the helpful staff, who spoke English well. The location suited my needs. I could easily walk to many sights and restaurants. The hotel offered excellent parking, something I value.
The room I stayed in lacked a coffee machine. I also noted no coffee or tea options were available in the lobby.

amazing location helpful staff
the staff stored my bags with care after checkout i also used their restaurant tips they helped me find tasty food nearby the location was amazing it was simple to access the metro and reach different cool spots
the air conditioning made a bit of noise it was a minor issue though

dark room unreliable wi-fi
the location were acceptable. i could easily walk to several attractions.
My room faced an internal courtyard, so it was dark, and i found this rather depressing. also, the wi-fi almost never worked. I couldnt even check my emails, really frustrating. i needed reliable internet for planning my days.
